At Hot Plus Size Lingerie we strive to offer our customers the best possible pricing and we back that up with our Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find an item for less on anaother site that you have already purchased from us, we will refund you the difference PLUS 10%! All you need to do is contact us at Info@HotPlusSizeLingerie.com and direct us to the site where you found the item for less. It is that simple! (Please note special sales or promotional events on other sites do not apply.)
We ship to all U.S. and US related military addresses only at this time.
We charge our customers only ONE LOW FLAT RATE of $7.95 for shipping, no matter how many items you choose to order so you can shop freely without worrying about paying more for shipping!
We send all orders with $7.95 flat rate shipping via USPS Priority mail. Estimated arrival time of an order is 3 to 5 business days. Our warehouse is in NC so the closer you are on the east coast the more quickly your order may arrive.

We ship all in stock orders out either the same day or within one business day.
We also send every order using Discreet Shipping methods which means that there is nothing on the return label or outside packaging that will indicate in any way the nature of your purchase. We do this to ensure your privacy so that neighbors, UPS or post office delivery people or others at your address will have no way of knowing you have made a lingerie purchase by simply vieiwng the outside of your package!

We cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been recorded as delivered by UPS or USPS tracking systems if lost or stolen after the point of delivery.
Though we remove all out of stock items from our website daily, if an item or items in your order are out of stock we will contact you by email. If we cannot reach you about an out of stock order we may ship a partial order to you and refund you for the out of stock item.
Discreet Shipping and Billing
At Hot Plus Size Lingerie, we provide our customers with Discreet Billing and Shipping on ALL orders. Your credit card will only be charged by our parent company, E Global LLC in relation to any purchase you make on our site. Also, all packages are sent with discreet return labels that make no mention of the name of the website or indicate the nature of the products being shipped so that no one (including postal and UPS carriers, neighbors or other residents at your address) will have any indication as to the nature of the products being shipped by simply viewing the outside of your package.
Canceling an Order
If you notice an error in your order confirmation or you would like to for whatever reason cancel your order you are free to do as long as notification of your cancellation is emailed to us BEFORE 3pm EST the same day.
After that point your order will have already been processed and we will be unable to cancel it for you.
Returns & Refunds
We will refund you in full or provide a replacement item for any order that arrives damaged or is not the correct item ordered. We will also pay for return shipping in full. (An electronic return label will be issued which will allow you to simply drop the package off at the nearest UPS center.)
Simply notify us at Info@HotPlusSizeLingerie.com within the first 5 days of having received your order and return the item within 30 days from receiving it.
Due to the personal nature of the items we sell (including wigs) we only offer refunds or exchanges for the above circumstances.
